English: Arabidopsis Thaliana seedlings on soil, after screening for homozygous lines on agarplates.
This method is used for a fast phenotypic screening on SNP knockouts of different genes, while counting the resistant and susceptible individuals we can make predictions consulting the Mendelian law of segregation, about a homozygous or heterozygous knockout. |
