Flow chart for the creation of recombinant baculoviruses using transposition in E. coli

Summary[edit]

Description
English: This flow chart shows the process of creating recombinant baculoviruses using transposition in E. coli as developed by Monsanto in the early 1990s. A baculoviral genome is maintained as a plasmid in E. coli and a shuttle vector is used to insert DNA via the process of transposition.
