English: Air Force Gen. Douglas M. Fraser toured Camp Iguana during a visit to Joint Task Force Guantanamo, July 8. Fraser, the first Air Force officer to lead U.S. Southern Command, relieved Navy Adm. James Stavridis and assumed command of SOUTHCOM on June 26.
