| Description |
English: Gate on public footpath by River Thames, Lechlade-on-Thames, Glos. The gate and the fence are on or virtually on the administrative boundary between the Borough of Swindon (a unitary authority) and Oxfordshire South East (Vale of White Horse District). The land the other side of the gate and fence is in the latter and until 1974 was in Berkshire. The other side of the river is in Gloucestershire. The footpath which passes through the gate is part of the Thames Path, a national trail. |
