  • Jayvee Enaguas (The Harvett Vault) reviewed the copyright for the board game on February 21, 2022, which includes most materials and elements.
    • A copyright notice seems present, which reads:
      © 1962 Kayro, Inc.
    • Kayro didn't file a registration entry of the board game after the release date throughout 1962 (1, 2) and 1963 (1, 2).
    • Kayro didn’t file a renewal entry of the board game for the original copyright within a required 28-year period throughout 1989 and 1990.
    • After the failure of copyright renewal, the board game automatically entered the public domain on the first day of January 1991 and is freely available and distributable in both physical and digital formats.

Public domain
This work is in the public domain because it was published in the United States between 1929 and 1963, and although there may or may not have been a copyright notice, the copyright was not renewed. Note that it may still be copyrighted in jurisdictions that do not apply the rule of the shorter term for US works (depending on the date of the author's death), such as Canada (70 years p.m.a.), Mainland China (50 years p.m.a., not Hong Kong or Macao), Germany (70 years p.m.a.), Mexico (100 years p.m.a.), Switzerland (70 years p.m.a.), and other countries with individual treaties.
