Perfeccionando su técnica de canto y estilo interpretativo en distintos diplomados con maestros de alto nivel académico como la Mtra. Susan Young en Nueva York.Gabriela Fernández se caracteriza por su estilo interpretativo en el Bolero, la trova y la canción Mexicana clásica y popular.Ha participado en múltiples Festivales Internacionales y demás foros Culturales en todo el país. Fue invitada por la Sociedad de Artistas y Escritores Cubanos al "Festival Internacional de Bolero".En su discografía se encuentran cuatro producciones:"Mi canto es México" 1995 música mexicana clásica y regional (canción ranchera, huaxtecas, huapangos, corridos, sones y canciones del repertorio clásico Mexicano de autores como Manuel M.
