Summary[edit]

Description
English: Great Western Railway InterCity Express Trains 802108 and 800307 side-by-side at Penzance. The class 802 in the foreground has much larger heat exchangers on the roof as it was designed to use diesel power over the steeply graded line through south Devon and Cornwall whereas the class 800 was specified to do most of its work on the flatter, electrified main lines out of London.
