Description
English: GTA Kharkov, Darvina street, 2.
Русский: Харьков, ул. Дарвина 2, вид с улицы Пушкинской. Жилое здание 1910-х годов, реконструировано в конце 1920-х в стиле конструктивизм, перестроено в 1999 году под Областную налоговую администрацию. В 1920-1921 годах в здании находился Совет Народных Комиссаров УССР, затем в 1922 переехавший напротив, на Совнаркомовскую, в нынешнее здание Харьковского художественного музея. До 1934 года в изображённом на фото здании находилась приёмная Народного комиссариата иностранных дел УССР.
