Description
Polski: Zymogram przedstawiający polimorfizm locus GPI (izomerazy fosfoglukozowej) w próbie wyizolowanych z jeziora osobników wioślarek (w każdej pionowej ścieżce analizowano homogenat z pojedynczego osobnika). Osobniki homozygotyczne mają jeden prążek w ścieżce (FF: w ścieżkach nr 1, 2, 12; MM: w ścieżkach nr 3, 7, 11, SS: w ścieżce nr 10), ponieważ enzym jest dimerem osobniki heterozygotyczne mają trzy prążki (SM: w ścieżkach nr 4, 5, 6, 8; MF w ścieżce nr 9).
English: Genetic polymorphism in locus GPI (glucose-6-phosphate isomerase) in the Daphnia longispina complex.
