Français : Fusaïole en plomb gallo-romaine issu des fouilles du 3-5 rue Saint-Malo, Rennes.
Objectif : enfilée sur le fuseau, elle permet de l’alourdir et donc de renforcer son action de traction sur le fil. Elle sert aussi de volant à la fileuse pour enrouler le fil en faisant tourner le fuseau sur sa pointe à la manière d’une toupie. |
