Interference of two sinusoidal waves

Summary[edit]

Description
English: Vectors OM and ON represent the amplitudes of two sinusoidal waves with identical frequency and alpha as the phase difference between them. Upon interference, both waves fuse in a wave of identical frequency as its components, whose amplitude is represented by OP et its phase difference with OM by the angle phi.
