Description
English: The Frančiškanski monastery Kostanjevica near Nova Gorica is one of 13 Franciscan monasteries in Slovenia (one of which is also Slovenian in the United States). The monastery is best known for the Bourbon tomb, which is located in the church crypt and which buries members of the French royal family Bourbon, including Charles X., the last French king of this dynasty.
Slovenščina: Frančiškanski samostan Kostanjevica pri Novi Gorici je eden izmed 13 frančiškanskih samostanov v Sloveniji (poleg teh je eden slovenski še v Združenih državah Amerike). Samostan je najbolj znan po Bourbonski grobnici, ki se nahaja v cerkveni kripti in v kateri so pokopani člani francoske kraljevske rodbine Bourbon, med njimi Karel X., zadnji francoski kralj te dinastije.
