Transcription : Quarterly: 1st and 4th, Argent to the cross quartered Purple and Vert (order of Saint-Lazare and Mont-Carmel); 2nd and 3rd, Azure, with three silver lizards placed in pale; a chief sewn Gules charged with three mullets Or (Le Tellier).
Español: Exlibris: Encuadernación con los brazos de François Michel Le Tellier de Louvois. Transcripción : Trimestrales: 1º y 4º, Argenta a la cruz cuarteada Púrpura y Vert (orden de San Lázaro y Mont-Carmel); 2.° y 3.°, Azure, con tres lagartos plateados colocados en pálido; un jefe cosido de gules cargado con tres salmonetes o (Le Tellier).
