Description
English: The gothic church and the baroque monastery are a prime example of sacral arhitecture in Slovenia and Central Europe, boasting one of the largest arcade courtyards in this part of the world.

The church and the monastery no longer serve their original purpose (the monastey was abolished by Emperor Joseph II in 1786). Today the complex hosts Božidar Jakac Art Museum and Forma Viva open-air art exhibition.
