| Description |
English: Fording point along the byway. This shot was taken after a spell of several months with little rain. There had been some heavy rainfall in the previous few days, but not enough to get the stream flowing again. An earlier contribution, by Robin Webster, shows this stretch of the byway as it is in wetter conditions. Since he took his shot (looking in the other direction) a little footbridge has been provided - high and dry on this day in mid-August. |
