A magnificent new class of Carnations that will bloomIn four months after sowing the seed. They are with-out exception the most abundant bloomers of all thepinks. The flowers are of brilliant colors, rangingthrough many beautiful shades of reds, pinks, white,variegated, etc. It is a most valuable acquisition, asCarnation flowers can be had all summer and winter, ifconsecutive sowings are made. Pkt., 50 seeds. 4 cts. CENTROSEMA GRANDIFLORA. A hardy perennial vine which will bloom in June orJuly from seed sown in April, and bears in the greatestprofusion inverted, pea-shaped flowers from 1 -4 to 21/2inches in diameter, ranging in color from a rosy violetto a reddish purple, with a broad feathered white mark-ing through the center, while the large buds and backof the flowers are pure white, making it appear as ifone plant bore many different colored flowers at onetime. CALENDULA, DOUBLE YELLOW. Flowers extra large and very double, slightly imbricated, whilethose of the center are incurved like the petals of a PsBony. Color,bright golden yellow or orange. From seed sown in the openground it comes into flower early. Pkt., 100 seeds, 3 cts. CALENDULA, DOUBLE WHITE. Similar to the yellow except in color, which is pure white, andflowers smaller. It is equally as free blooming, and the fine doubleflowers are very showy. Pkt., 100 seed*, 3 Cts. CINERARIA, HYBRIDA. One of the most popular of all greenhouse plants, and what asplendid display they make when well grown. I know of no plantso easily grown as the Cineraria. The secret of growing well is togrow fast; never allowing them to receive a check, either frombeing pot-bound, dryness of root, or attack of insects) the coolerthey are kept the better.
