| Description |
English: Flood alleviation works. As 677270 shows, and indicated by the sign, the road is very prone to flooding under the old railway bridge between Laverton and Wormington.
Presumably this is the remedial action taking place. Note also that the old bridge section has been removed from the scene since the older pictures were taken. It is to be replaced with a new concrete section which will then allow track-laying of the Gloucester Warwickshire Railway to proceed towards Broadway. |
