Description
Deutsch: Das Fliegenglas aus dem 19. Jahrhundert hat eine Öffnung im Boden. In der eingestülpten Schale befand sich Essig der die Fliegen töten sollte. Die Fliegen wurden mit einem Stück Zucker in die Falle gelockt.
English: The 19th century fly glass has an opening in the bottom. The inverted bowl contained vinegar that was supposed to kill the flies. The flies were lured into the trap with a lump of sugar.
