CARACOL, Haiti (Feb. 17, 2012) Steelworker 2nd Class Barron Montowski, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NCMB) 23, embarked aboard High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift, welds a hinge on a water tank cover at the Dispensaire De Caracol. NMCB-23 and the Indonesian engineers are conducting a subject matter expert exchange to refurbish the dispensary and a school in the area. NMCB-23 is supporting HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012, a deployment of U.S naval assets in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
