Русский: Флаг Хреновского сельского поселения Новоусманского муниципального района Воронежской области, Россия

«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, зелёного цвета, несущее изображение волнистого белого опрокинутого стропила с вершиной, уходящей за нижний край полотнища; линии, образующие стропило, делят вертикальные края в отношении 2:1:3, а нижний край разделён в отношении 4:1:4; нижние угловые части полотнища (от стропила) — голубого цвета; в центре зелёной части полотнища изображены фигуры из герба Хреновского сельского поселения, выполненные жёлтым и белым цветом».

Геральдическое описание герба Хреновского сельского поселения:

«В зелёном поле, возникающий из опрокинутого пониженного волнистого серебряного стропила с уходящей за поле вершиной золотой подсолнух, сопровождаемый по сторонам и вверху возникающими золотыми колосьями, и вверху между колосьями — золотой главкой на серебряном барабане, завершённой малым безантом и шестиконечным русским крестом; боковые нижние углы заполнены лазурью».
