Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище зелёного цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, несущее по всему полотнищу жёлтый узкий крест, ширина плеч которого равна 3/20 ширины полотнища. В центре полотнища, поверх креста, изображены фигуры из герба Карачунского сельского поселения: жёлтый венок из колосьев и дубовых веток, переплетённый внизу лентой с шестью ленточками, а в белой сердцевине венка изображён красный кувшин без ручек с высоким горлышком
