«Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее фигуры герба Быховского сельского поселения, выполненные белым, зелёным и синим цветом».

Описание герба: «В серебряном поле узкий зелёный крест, поверх которого положен зелёный, тонко окаймлённый серебром, квадрат углом вверх, косвенно проросший поверх каймы лазоревыми цветами льна (видимыми сбоку) с зелёными стеблями и чашечками»
