Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Fishersgate Wharf. Taken from the A259 at the southern end of the square looking eastwards towards the small Texaco storage wharf (the round buildings on the map) then the rest of Shoreham Harbour known as the canal. Originally the Adur entered the sea at Aldrington Basin but a new channel was cut along the spit near Kingston and the old mouth closed.
