| Description | You arrive. The man at the door hands you a paper menu. Already knowing the answer, you ask "Is this the line to get in?" Of course he nods yes... like just asking is going to give you the right to cut. You wait for forty minutes... people jabber about the show on the Travel Channel, which frustrates you. Yeah, it's the same reason you are here, but it seems tacky to talk about it. At the head of the line, you're transferred to another line. This one's shorter, about twenty minutes, and at least you can see everyone else's lunch while you wait. But at the end, you're rewarded with the best dry ribs you've ever had... peppery bark, not too much smoke. Perfect. The sweet potato fries are pretty good too. The odd hour seems worth it after this. |
