English: U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Brandon Ah You, 100th Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Department firefighter from Thousand Oaks, CA., rappels 120 feet from the top of a water tower during a training session Sept. 4, on RAF Mildenhall, England. Firefighters here received training from instructors from the 435th Construction and Training Squadron, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, on a variety of rescue techniques and scenarios including operational risk management, incident management system, ground support for helicopter operations and confined space rescue.
