Copper alloy and enamel

Finger Ring fragment. Cast round bezel of a finger ring with broad shoulders narrowing sharply; the greater part of band is lost. Dull red enamel, partly crazed, occupies a sunken setting. Suggested date: Roman, 40-400.

Length: 19.2mm, Width/Diameter of bezel: 14.9mm, Weight: 4.52gms.
