English: Fig. 1 YhaM confers cysteine resistance. E. coli MG1655 carrying vector (pSTV29), ydeD on plasmid (pSTV-ydeD5), and yhaM on plasmid (pSTV-yhaM7) were streaked on a M9 plate containing 4 mM cysteine and incubated at 37 °C for 2 days
