A Fidlar Doubleday EV 2000 DRE voting machine

Summary[edit]

Description
English: A Fidlar Doubleday (formerly Fidlar and Chambers) EV 2000 DRE voting machine in a voting booth with voting posted voting instructions. The machine was on with a ballot display on-screen when this photo was taken. The narrow viewing angle of the screen offered significant privacy to the voter. This machine is covered by US patent 6,799,723 filed in 1998 and used in several US jurisdictions in 2000. This image was scanned from a 3 by 5 snapshot. Multiple scans were superimposed to help reduce the impact of artifacts caused by the scanning process.
