Départ de Sài-Gòn vers la France du «Pasteur».

10 JUIN 1946 : Les Chinois commencent à évacuer Hà-Nôi. Ils quittent également le Laos en emportant la récolte d'opium. Le 26 c'est au tour du Q.G. Chinois d'évacuer le Palais du Gouvernement qui est aussitôt occupé par les Français ce qui rencontre l'hostilité du gouvernement de la VNDCCH.

Au fur et à mesure du départ des Chinois, les forces de la VNDCCH créent des «Comités Populaires» et éliminent leurs opposants qui étaient soutenus par les Chinois.

12 JUIN 1946 : Création de la Direction des Postes et Télécommunications de l'Indochine en remplacement du Commandement des Transmissions du Corps Expéditionnaire Français d'Extrême Orient (C.E.F.E.O.) qui assurait jusque là les transmissions militaires et civiles.

Les plis originaires du Nord vers le Sud sont soumis désormais à la surtaxe aérienne.

Une mission française se trouve à Manille, elle est desservie par un avion américain une fois par semaine au départ de Sài-Gòn.

On ne connaît pas d'identification postale particulière des plis en dehors d'éventuelles indications manuscrites ou imprimées.
