Description
English: View south down Main Street, Ferndale, California with one of America's tallest living Christmas trees in distance. Every year, members of the Ferndale Volunteer Fire Department hang more than 900 lights on a 151.5 feet (in 2011) tall Sitka spruce. The smaller trees in front of the shops are decorated by children from the elementary school. This section is part of the National Historic District NRHP #93001461.
