English: Felin Farmhouse and part of the main building of the former Glandinorwig slate works (Melin Sam) At the time of the Faenol Estate sale in 1967, the Felin Farm consisted of 87 acres, including 25 acres of arable land and 20 acres of permanent pasture. The old mill buildings accounted for an area of 2.5 acres. The farmhouse had just had improvements made to its fabric costing £1,512. At the time, the former mill buildings were little used. In recent years, these have adapted for industrial purposes. The main building is rented by a firm of scaffolders. |
