The cumulation of arrows is pretty chaotic. The arrows should not interfere each other. Probably, you need to use more slender arrowheads and also change the graphical rendition a little bit to disentangle the arrowheads.
not reasonable to encircle the grey dot with a dashed line. Upon the description, only the colour matters not the outline.
Either all outgoing lines start from one point or all outgoing lines start with a distance. It looks very sketchy at the moment.
