This is an exceedingly valuable Corn for the Northwest, where tbeDent sorts cannot be depended upon to mature a crop in seasonslike the past two. The ears are a fair size, with eight rows ofbroad yellow kernels, half way between flint and Dent. Thestalks average 7 feet in height, the ears being set about 3feet from the ground.
