Bahasa Indonesia: Tudung lingkup adalah sejenis kain tenun yang digunakan sebagai penutup kepala oleh wanita Jambi Seberang. Selain sebagai penutup kepala, tudung lingkup juga memiliki makna dan filosofi yang dalam bagi masyarakat setempat.

Secara simbolis, tudung lingkup melambangkan kehormatan dan martabat perempuan, serta menunjukkan status sosial dan budaya dari pemakainya. Selain itu, tudung lingkup juga melambangkan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal dan tradisi yang diwariskan dari nenek moyang mereka.

Tudung lingkup juga memiliki makna religius, dimana pemakainya dianggap sebagai seorang wanita yang taat beragama dan berakhlak baik. Dalam kegiatan keagamaan, tudung lingkup juga menjadi bagian dari busana adat yang dipakai sebagai penanda identitas dan jati diri masyarakat setempat.
