English: Douglasville, GA, September 24, 2009 -- State, FEMA, SBA, and local officials prepare to depart from the Douglas County EMS/911 Building to perform IA Preliminary Damage Assessments(PDA's) in areas of the county affected by recent severe storms and flooding. Included are GEMA Area Coordinator Gary Rice(Right), FEMA Individual Assistance(IA) Lead Yogi Hollowell(left), and FEMA PIO William Lindsey(white shirt).
