Eesti: Fluorestsentsanisotroopia põhimõtteskeem, lahuses olevat proteiinkinaas (PK) ja ARC-sondi lahust ergastatakse polariseeritud valgusega. Üksinda lahuses olev ARC-sond pöörleb kiirelt ning kiirgab tagasi depolariseeritud valgust, kuid valguga kompleksis muutub tema pöörlemiskiirus aeglaseks, mistõttu ei jõua tagasi kiiratud valgus depolariseeruda. |
