English: A U.S. Navy McDonnell Douglas F/A-18C Hornet, assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron 83 (VFA-83) "Rampagers", lands on the flight deck of aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75) in the Atlantic Ocean. The Harry S. Truman Strike Group departed Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia (USA), to deploy in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility. With CVN-75 as the flagship, strike group assets included the embarked squadrons of Carrier Air Wing 7 (CVW-7), Destroyer Squadron (DESON) 28 and ships USS Anzio (CG-68), USS Bulkeley (DDG-84), USS Gravely (DDG-107), and USS Gonzalez (DDG-66). |
