Description A U.S. Navy McDonnell Douglas F/A-18C Hornet of Air Test and Evaluation Squadron VX-4 in-flight. The aircraft is armed with ten AIM-120B AMRAAMs, with double racks mounted each of the four wing pylons and a single AIM-120B on of the two "cheeks"/fuselage (8 wing mounted + 2 fuselage mounted = 10 AIM-120B Missiles). The F/A-18C is also carrying two AIM-9L Sidewinder missiles, one on each wing tip. VX-4 was testing and evaluating the AIM-120 advanced medium range air-to-air missile (AMRAAM).
