Description Two U.S. Navy McDonnell Douglas F/A-18C Hornet in flight. The aircraft in front, BuNo 163703, was assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron VFA-195 "Dambusters" and the personal aircraft of the Commander, Carrier Air Wing 5 (CVW-5). The other Hornet, BuNo 163777, was assigned to VFA-192 "Golden Dragons". Both squadrons were assigned to Carrier Air Wing 5 (CVW-5) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Independence (CV-62).
