Buchanan, Joint Task Force Southwest Asia, flew back seat during a familiarization flight with the Fighter Squadron Thirty One Tomcatters. The men and women of VF-31 are attached to Carrier Airwing Group FOURTEEN (CVW-14) in the Arabian Gulf in support of OPERATION SOUTHERN WATCH.
