Description Preceded by its shadow, a U.S. Navy Grumman F-14A Tomcat aircraft from Fighter Squadron VF-41 Black Aces passes over western Saudi Arabia during low-altitude training. VF-41 was assigend to Carrier Air Wing 8 (CVW-8) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) for a deployment to the Persian Gulf area from 28 December 1990 to 28 June 1991.
