Description U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District project manager Dave Cook (right) explains erosion repair work to CBS Television Stations news editor Rene Luna (left), before a TV interview Nov. 1, 2011. Cook is overseeing repairs of two erosion sites along the south bank of the American River in Sacramento, Calif.
