Description
Français : La phase mobile est insérée avec l'échantillon, points verts, rouges et mauves, qui vont s'éluer dans l'ordre mauve, rouge et vert. Il est possible de remarquer que l'affinité du composé mauve pour la phase mobile est très grande par rapport à celle de la phase stationnaire (Kd petit), alors que pour le composé rouge l'affinité de la phase mobile est du même ordre que l'affinité pour la phase stationnaire (Kd=1) et finalement pour le composé vert, il s'agit du contraire du composé mauve, il a plus d'affinité pour la phase stationnaire et ne sort de la colonne que difficilement (Kd grand).
