English: Oval form, the white crackled ground decorated with blue Japanese-inspired tranfer-printed decoration: the rim with a wide band of abstract geometric design, with fine hatched lines, surrounding a narrow scalloped band; the well decorated with bands, medallions and panels of geometric motifs, a medallion showing a sailing vessel on water superimposed on a landscape within a rectangular frame.
