Here's my own condemned building notice made September 29, 2021

Summary[edit]

Description Example for a condemned property notice stating that the property in question is not suitable for human occupancy, is substandard or may be unsafe for entry, meaning these premises are not to be entered or occupied by those from the general public. The current (second) edition is the generic version of the same notice; the copyright and Roman numerals' years were all edited/removed from the condemned note. Now, it's really a garden-variety condemned placard without the self-copyright and Roman numeral dates. The sign was updated on October 18, 2021
