Summary[edit]

Description

FDA oncologist Gerald Sokol examines x-rays of a cancer patient as part of his studies of possible links between patients’ biological rhythms and drug toxicity. His work and that of others have shown that the administration of drugs taking into account chronobiology (timing of biological cycles and rhythms) can optimize efficacy and minimize toxicity.
