Català: La proteïna trimèrica 1 es mostra en blau, vermell i groc. Els ions clorur es mostren com esferes verdes, i les molècules d'aigua es mostren com esferes cian. T1L 1cc_body (número d'adhesió PDB 6GAO) (A) i T3D 1cc_body (número d'adhesió PDB 6GAP) (B) es pleguen en un domini -helicoïdal bobina enrotllada i un domini corporal que es forma principalment de repeticions -espirals. El lloc de transició entre els dos dominis està indicat per estrelles negres. Les dues estructures estan alineades basant-se en el registre de repetició de l'heptàdecs i les posicions de les seves seqüències de tartamudesa (blau fosc). S'indica la longitud de la bobina enrotllada (cc). |
