English: Estate cottages, Newton on Ouse One would guess that this row of cottages, with tudor style chimneys, was built as accommodation for workers on the Beningbrough estate. Another row in similar style stands across the street. A pity that some of the original windows have been replaced by a more modern type, thus spoiling the house fronts. |
