Description
Español: Escudo que se encuentra en la portada de la ermita de San Froilán en Valdorria y que perteneció a los Osorio de los Ríos.

De oro con dos lobos pasantes de gules y puestos en palo. En punta, ondas de azur y plata. Bordura de plata con cuatro leones en gules alternando con cuatro castillos en oro sobre campo de gules.

La leyenda situada en la parte superior del escudo dice: "IS OVE AD OCCAASUM" (El cual hasta la muerte) Y la de la parte inferior: "el Ilmo. señor don Francisco Trugillo, obispo de Leon y uno de los pelados mas sabios y celosos que ha tenido el obispado visitó personalmente esta ermita en el año de mil quinientos ochenta y cinco, y celebró en ella misa"

El escudo pertenece al linaje de los Osorio de los Ríos, fruto a su vez, tal como se recoge en el escudo, de diversas alianzas, a saber: • Los lobos por las propias del linaje de los Osorio. • Las ondas de azur y plata por de los Ríos.

• La bordura de leones y castillos por su entroncamiento con los Enríquez.
