Català: Proposta d'escut per a Busot (l'Alacantí, País Valencià) de la Reial Acadèmia de la Història: D'or, un castell sobre penyals al natural; mantellat d'argent, amb un arbre verd terrassat del mateix i fruitat d'or en cada mantell; el cap d'or carregat de quatre pals de gules. Va timbrat amb la corona reial espanyola. (Aprovada en sessió del 23 de novembre de 1990, Boletín de la Real Academia de la Historia. Tomo CLXXXVIII. Núm I. Any 1991).
Español: Propuesta de escudo para Busot (Alicante, España) de la Real Academia de la Historia: De oro, un castillo sobre un peñasco al natural; mantelado de plata, con un árbol verde terrazado de lo mismo y frutado de oro en cada manteladura; el jefe de oro cargado de cuatro palos de gules.
